I will share what I did to get an mp3 incase it helps. I did a web search for Audacity then downloaded the older version. (not the beta as it freezes the computer.) I saved the file and installed it which was quick and easy. Now it gets a little more in depth. Audacity doesn't export mp3s due to some legal mumble jumble but using the same search there is a download for a dll file which a made a new folder and saved it in right on my desktop. To use it was simple. Once you record something. (all controlled with the mouse) on the upper left click file and export as mp3. A message will come up asking for the location of the dll file and you select the folder you saved it on your desktop. It exported the file as an mp3 at once to whereever you choose to save it. Attach the file in an e-mail. Yahoo mail worked fine and it's done. I like the program because you can see the time and keep it short as requested. Probably more you can do with it but it worked fine for this and was free.

For more details on this topic, see chivalry.
The chivalrous knight was idealized as brave in battle, loyal to his king and God, and willing to sacrifice himself for the greater good.

NOTE: the greater good, and the willing to sacrfice part..
