Episode 53: postponed
Hey Everyone. I wanted to give an update on episode 53. Very unfortunately, we are going to have to postpone the episode until next week. There is a heck of a lot going on around hpprogs headquarters this week and if we would sit down to record, it wouldn’t do justice to the topic (which we have already picked and are quite excited about, incidentally).
Please stay tuned for Episode 53 and in the meantime, feel free to go back and listen to some of the “best of” episodes and feel free to laugh at how incorrect some of our prognostications were.

Oh my so busy. I am indeed looking forward to the next episode. “What if Harry Potter was a Blonde?” This inciteful piece of work answers questions like,” Would he still have been smart enough to figure out The Deathly Hallows ?” and, ” Would Voldemort have wanted to kill him at all or exchanged the gothy Bellatrix for Harry’s golden locks?” Yes the friction between the Malfoys would have undoubtedly been non-existant as Harry would have been welcomed into the Genetic pool of Pure Bloods. A Blonde Haired blued eyed master race of a wizard so closely paralleling The ambitions of Nazi Germany. A quest for power and puriety. Next week we shall explore what would happen if the Durselys were loving parental figures to Harry. Maybe I can catch up, then. Life does seem to get in the way sometimes, doesn’t it?
What happened to the post about birthday favors? I saw the comments, but got an error message when I clicked on it. So I’m not sure what the voting is.
But if it’s about Penny getting someone’s tickets for JKR on October 19th, I just want to say that I can’t give you mine since I didn’t win either. And if I had, I would be taking my soon to be 29 year old daughter, whose birthday is also October 19.
Younger daughter was not happy about being excluded, so it’s probably a good thing I didn’t get the tickets after all–not to mention that we live in Washington state. My life got much easier when I didn’t win, but I still wish I were going.
So, I know this is in the wrong place, but. . . Happy Birthday, Penny!

You know, my wife recently got me hooked on your podcast with episode 52. A funny story though (albeit perhaps a bit creepy), I had a dream that I downloaded episode 53 and it made me rather happy. Imagine my disappointment when it wasn’t out! I’m sure it’ll be great once it does hit the net. I’ll be eagerly anticipating the release.

Hi! i love your podcast. i started listening at episode 42 and i’m hooked! i was just wondering if its posible that some of the new characters will be cut from movie 7? if so which one. if they cut dobby out i’ll cry. great job and keep podcasting. i can’t wait for the next one.
