Thanks to all of your wonderful prognostications on the Deluxe Edition cover art, we actually have a theme for this weeks show. I just wanted to give you the heads up that the show will probably be up on Wednesday or Thursday.
Also, as a bit of a teaser, we will be announcing a brand new contest on episode 35. This contest will change the face of HPPROGS as we know it. Get ready to get your creative hats on.

Just had a thought today whilst listening to an old podcast… Harry and Ron never did pass their Apparition tests did they? I know it wasn’t mentioned in the book that they did, as Harry wasn’t old enough and Ron failed first time, but surely if theyre not going back to Hogwarts they wont have the chance to take the test. Probably a completely irrelevant thought, but I wondered nonetheless whether it would prove to be any hindrance- It surely wouldn’t be ideal (or particularly secret) for them to be getting the Knight bus to Godrics Hollow…?

Was reading through “Quidditch Through The Ages” after investigating the “Opaleye” when reading about the invention of the golden snitch.
And the inventor is Bowman Wright of Godric’s Hollow.
I wandered if this might come into play because after the killing of James and Lilly Potter by Voldemort, he would have needed to create a horcrux and the golden snitch was invented in about the 14th century. Would something created by Bowman Wright count has a “relic of death” as of its significants in history and represent Quidditch at Hogwarts.
meh just a thought
